SUMMARY
PBMCs were harvested from the interface, washed with Phosphate buffered saline (PBS, Merk, Darmstadt, Germany) and the cell pellet was resuspended in TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, Life Technologies, Paisley, UK) and stored at - 80 °C for later analysis of gene_expression. Non-parametric two sample Wilcoxon rank-sum (Mann-Whitney) test was used to compare cytokine gene_expression between AD and DLB.
