SUMMARY
As a result, epitopes (n=1169) with ≥ 4 fixed amino_acid positions were identified. For cancer-related immunoprofiles, patients with surgically removed BC (denoted as BC), top 900 most abundant peptides from each sample were screened separately for epitope consensus identification (≥ 5 fixed amino_acid positions). Peptides present in ≥ 4 samples (> 10%) in BC group were extracted and common consensus_sequences were identified with SPEXS2 tool (with hypergeometric p-value and amp;lt; 10-3, ≥ 5 fixed amino_acid positions, epitope consensus to be present in ≥ 4 unique peptides).
