    Many previous studies pointed out that long-term application of different fertilization regimes can significantly impact the abundances and community compositions of nitrogenrelated microorganisms, influencing the contributions and predominance of diverse nitrifier and denitrifier communities involved in nitrogen cycling in soils (Zhang et_al, 2012; Gao et_al, 2018; Hou et_al, 2018).
