- What: This study provides an overview of the impact of Industry 4.0 digitalization on Human Resource Management (HRM) through a Systematic Literature Review. A bibliometric analysis is conducted to showcase the research developments in this area. The research proposes that this methodology can identify trends and patterns from diverse textual sources, encompassing job descriptions and industry reports, to ascertain the transformations instigated by the Industrial Revolution.
