SUMMARY

    The authors present two cases of previously healthy patients who presented with granulomatous meningitis on brain biopsy. Three months after antituberculous treatment initiation, the patient kept worsening, with new psychiatric and cognitive symptoms, generalized seizures, persistent CSF alterations, and worsening of meningeal enhancement on brain MRI. A course of corticosteroids . . .
