- what: The authors designed three sets of experiments. The authors found that when exposed to 10 h anoxia stress and then recovered 24 h, MDA content in the brain of P. sinensis increased significantly, resulting in oxidative damage, while C. reevesii and C. serpentina showed no MDA variations, indicating that P. sinensis was more sensitive to anoxia stress.
