SUMMARY

    PBB has attracted substantial attention in public management research in recent years (Hyndman et_al, 2014; Mauro et_al, 2017). Previous studies (Aliabadi et_al, 2019; de Vries et_al, 2019; Jongbloed and Vossensteyn, 2001; Pratolo et_al, 2020; Sangiumvibool and Chonglerttham, 2016) that addressed PBB in higher education called for more research in countries other than the United_States.
