• What: The aims are to identify challenges faced by accounting interns enhance the OJT program for future interns and pinpoint areas for improvement. By evaluating the frequency of exposure and performance levels as assessed by supervisors the research aims to contribute valuable insights that can inform enhancements to the OJT program ensuring better quality and more enriching experience for future accounting interns.
