SUMMARY
To provide meaningful and individualised care, the MECSH program encourages and supports home visiting nurses to purposefully adapt and customise the care provided for mothers and families, without compromising core program components and fidelity. The mothers who were at high risk of smoking, mental health issues, domestic violence, and substance abuse were more likely to receive specific care content related to these risks than mothers who did not have increased risk on these factors.
