- what: Starting from the structural and biochemical properties of wild-type and mutant RAS proteins and their activation cycle, the authors examine higher molecular assemblies, effector interactions and downstream signaling outputs, all under the aspect of dynamic regulation. This analysis showed that rich dynamic behavior can already be encoded by changing the cycling of HRAS between GTP and GDP-bound states.
