Effect of ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal plane block on neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio, and systemic immune inflammation index in patients undergoing radical resection of endometrial carcinoma

• What: The aim of this trial was to explore the effects of the ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal plane block (TAPB) on the systemic immune-inflammatory index (SII) peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in patients undergoing radical resection of endometrial carcinoma. In this trial, the authors employed PASS software version 15.0 to determine the sample size, drawing upon the postoperative 72 hours NLR levels as observed in the preliminary study.
