• What: The study presents a pioneering investigation into the use of pulsed electric field technology for the sterilization of F. oxysporum in a greenhouse soil medium. This research advocates for sustainability and the preservation of soil health through physical methodologies. This was followed by the second phase, in which experiments were focused on soil dielectric breakdown field strength. (1) Single-Factor Test Design 8 of 34 To explore the potential and efficiency of PEF in soil sterilization, this study has designed a series of soil sterilization experiments, as shown in Table 3.
