• What: The aim of the secondary analysis was to bridge the above-identified gaps in the literature. Exclusion criteria for the parent studies were as follows: self-reports of taking medications that might numb responses to trauma or substance cue exposure (e_g, methadone), given the focus of the parent studies on in-lab reactivity to such cues and/or self-reports of severe mental illness (psychotic disorder or bipolar disorder).
