Time … this concept can be interpreted in building climatization as taking into consideration the thermal inertia of the building itself and the importance of knowing in advance how much energy is required at any time.. If reliable estimates of the Operative Temperature and Energy Consumption of a public building could be made through an ANN model, this would open up the possibility . . .
