Enhancement of spin-charge conversion efficiency for ${{ m{co}}}_3{{ m{sn}}}_2{{ m{s}}}_2$ across transition from paramagnetic to ferromagnetic phase

HIGHLIGHTS

SUMMARY

In this paper, the temperature (T) dependence of spincharge conversion in the CSS thin film is investigated by measuring the spin-torque ferromagnetic_resonance (STFMR) for the trilayer consisting of CSS/Cu/Co20 Fe60 B20 (CFB). As illustrated in Fig 1(a), the radio-frequency (rf) current (Irf ) was applied along the x direction, and the in-plane angle of external magnetic_field (H) was set at θ from the x direction. Let us summarize the possible three magnetic phases: in-plane magnetized soft magnetic CSS, in-plane magnetized hard magnetic CSS, and out-of-plane magnetized . . .
