SUMMARY
Epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma (EMCa) is a rare lowgrade malignant epithelial neoplasm composed of variable proportions of ductular cells with large, clear cytoplasmic myoepithelial_cells arranged around the periphery of the ducts. The EMCa of the nasopharynx was mainly composed of an inner layer of epithelial_cells and an outer layer of clear cytoplasmic myoepithelial_cells. On 18 January 2022, at the second admission, IHC staining revealed that CK was wildly positive, and the inner epithelial_cells were positive for CK7.
