SUMMARY
The definition of persons with disabilities, according to Law no. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities, is that Persons with Disabilities are people with intellectual, physical, sensory, or mental limitations for a long time when interacting in their environment. Referring to the large number of persons with disabilities in Indonesia, it is appropriate for the government to fulfil the rights of persons with disabilities following the provisions of the law.
