SUMMARY
In contrast, tumor suppressors can also induce eRNAs to suppress tumors. eRNAs have emerged as important regulators of the immune_response, and played a central role in controlling immune-related functions. Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was performed to analyze the difference of the immune_response between different risk groups using GSEA 4.1.0. The result of GO functional analysis suggested that the DEGs were mainly enriched in humoral immune_response, immunoglobulin complex, and antigen binding (Fig 9A).
