SUMMARY
Problematic skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis, acne vulgaris, and psoriasis are directly linked to microbial imbalance or ‘dysbiosis`. The aim of this pilot-study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of a novel product containing probiotics and hyaluronic acid, "InfiniteSkinTM Microbiome Serum", for the treatment of subjects with acne-prone skin or mild to moderate acne. Clinical assessments to evaluate number of papules or pustules, extension of the facial area involved by acne, erythema and skin dryness were performed by a dermatologist.
