- what: The aim of this research was to ascertain whether three potential probiotics in animal production Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacteria longum, and Saccharomyces boulardii meet these characteristics. This project showed that S. boulardii did not increase in number after 4 h at pH 4 but rather remained constant.
