- What: By evaluating the implementation and impact of SLRT and other poverty alleviation programs, this study seeks to provide insights into improving service delivery and achieving sustainable poverty reduction. The qualitative data will be analyzed using thematic analysis, focusing on key themes such as program accessibility, efficiency, and the identification of implementation barriers. By integrating both data types, the study aims to deliver a comprehensive evaluation of the SLRT program`s effectiveness. The study focuses on identifying both supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the SLRT program.
