- what: This study determined the effect of MM-derived exosomal miR-4261 on the expression of PMCA4 through the detection of clinical samples and in_vitro experiments. The aim of this study was to prove that RBCs play a vital role in the dynamic balance of free calcium in the blood, which has important pathophysiological significance for understanding MM-induced hypercalcemia.
