- who: Megan Massey from the The Office Delivery service at the Pennsylvania State University have published the research: Expanding Penn State’s Office Delivery Service to Include Graduate Students, in the Journal: (JOURNAL) of January/31,/2020
- what: The Interlibrary Loan department officially opened the service to all University Park graduate students during spring break in March 2020.
- future: The office delivery team also met in the fall of 2020 to discuss the future including meeting more regularly to check in and evaluate the service.
