    Perigraft seroma (PGS) is a persistent, sterile fluid collection that can develop after various vascular procedures. Development of PGS is relatively common in superficially placed graft (e_g, axillofemoral and femorofemoral bypasses), abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), and modified Blalock-Taussig shunts, whereas mediastinal PGSs occur less frequently.
