Exploration of bacterial lipopolysaccharide-related genes signature based on t cells for predicting prognosis in colorectal cancer

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: The authors aim to identify a T_cells-associated LPS-related gene (TALRG) signature as a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of CRC. The calibration curves of the model showed that the predicted curves are close to the ideal curves, indicating that the nomogram has a good prediction performance . For this study, the prognostic 5-TALRGs genes HSPA1A, HSPB1, SERPINA1, SLC2A3, and TIMP1 were obtained.
  • Who: Olga Krasnova from the Shenzhen Nucleus Gene Technology Co, Ltd, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China have published the research work: www.aging-us.com AGING 2024, Vol. 16, Advance, in . . .
