- what: The authors employed the previously developed 3D model of cytochrome bc1 (cyt bc1) complex to perform a high-throughput virtual screening of two commercially available compound libraries. Future efforts will focus on improving the physicochemical properties of the most active compounds, along with the conducting of formulation studies aimed at increasing their bioavailability.
