  • What: The authors examined ten pediatric patients diagnosed with BCP-ALL, evenly split between those with and without an aberration at the IgH locus. This study shows the efficacy of UCM as a robust platform, facilitating the simultaneous analysis of established, "unnatural," and unknown chiral and achiral metabolites. Despite the limited number of patients in the study , the authors demonstrate that IgHaberration-positive patients share a distinct chiral metabolic phenotype.
