    In May 2021, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism released the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the protection of intangible cultural heritage (hereinafter referred to as "ICH"), proposing: "Intangible cultural heritage (hereinafter referred to as "ICH" is an important part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture. Based on its more "serious" cultural attributes, ICH cannot fully replicate the successful path of current "Netflix" products, and the creation of ICH products should focus on retaining their "purity".
