  • What: Given that immunosuppressive drugs significantly impact lymphocyte profiles, the authors aimed to determine the association between prior use of immunosuppressive drugs, lymphocyte subsets, and COVID-19 severity in the population with a high prevalence of immunosuppression. This study was approved by the local Medical Ethics Review Committee of the Erasmus University Medical Center (Erasmus MC) under protocol number MEC- 2020-0337 and conducted according to the principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki.
