Exploring the antifungal, antibiofilm and antienzymatic potential of rottlerin in an in vitro and in vivo approach

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: This study demonstrated the in_vitro and in_vivo antifungal potential of Rottlerin, as well as its antibiofilm and antienzymatic potential against Candida spp. of clinical relevance, in subinhibitory concentrations (½MIC). To compare the survival percentage averages between treatments, concentrations and yeasts, the analysis of variance technique was used with the effect estimated by the partial eta squared statistics.
  • Who: Nagela Bernadelli Sousa Silva from the Laboratory of Antimicrobial Testing, Institute of Biomedical (ICBIM), Federal University of Uberlândia have published the paper: Exploring the antifungal, antibiofilm and antienzymatic potential of Rottlerin in an in vitro . . .
