SUMMARY
To the knowledge, there is no research into the role that coworker task support plays in alleviating the perceived uncertainty, job stress, and emotional exhaustion of hospitality employees during the COVID-19 crisis. This research also enhances the knowledge regarding the role of supervisor support and family support in mitigating the effect of perceived uncertainty on emotional exhaustion during the pandemic.
