• What: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of DESs in extracting phenolic compounds from MOLLs. This research examined the performance of different DESs using choline chloride (ChChl) as an HBA and alcohols, organic acids, amides, and sugars as HBDs in the extraction of phenolic compounds from MOLLs. The chemicals used in the study were obtained from the suppliers described below: choline chloride (ChChl) (≥98%), gallic acid (≥98%), rutin (≥98%), and Folin-Ciocalteu reagent were purchased from Beijing Solarbio Science and amp; Technology Co .
