HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of this study was to determine the factors influencing health, food safety and hygiene practices among SFVs in Meru Town, Kenya. The analysis aimed at grouping the observations based on their longitude and latitude coordinates. The clusters identified in this study represent areas within Meru town that are characterized by high prevalence of street food vending businesses. The analysis showed that gender and education level had no significant influence on whether SFVs fell sick in the previous month.
