- what: Alongside this, the review determines the extent that current research explicitly applies theories of the policy process when exploring the role of HiAP in the LG policymaking environment. The ADEPT framework, initiated from and adapted from health promotion behavior change models, aimed to address the gaps in factors related to policy implementation and evaluation .
