  • What: This systematic review has been conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Though this systematic review provides technical feasibility in terms of comparable or even less operating times, low conversion rates and intra-op complications, and shorter hospital stay, further larger international multicentric cohort studies comparing l-MALR and r-MALR should be conducted to support r-MALR over l-MALR. Due to rarity of this disease, many patients undergoing extensive evaluation, and that there is good evidence of l-MALR and that the technical feasibility and safety . . .
