SUMMARY
Similarly, adherence, particularly long-term adherence (1 year or longer), to even supervised PA interventions and exercise programs is low among breast cancer survivors, especially older breast cancer survivors. Because barriers to adherence are widely identified, interventions have been designed to address participants` motivational factors to increase habitual PA and thus, improve the long-term health of breast cancer survivors, particularly those who are at higher risk for non-adherence (e_g, older and more obese survivors).
