People living with HIV in serodiscordant partnerships desire future children and must navigate reproduction with the added consideration of HIV transmission. The aim of this analysis was to examine the associations between fertility desire and fertility intent, condomless sex, detectable HIV viral load, and when these events occur simultaneously creating the potential for HIV transmission in a cohort of Kenyan WLH in discordant relationships. The authors hypothesized that compared to visits when women expressed no fertility desire, there would be increases in condomless sex at visits when women reported fertility desire and fertility intent . . .
