- What: The authors aim to focus on LN biopsies and extend the previous observations to include specimens of CD10 positive and negative B-NHLs. Analysis of the surrounding immune cells in the study demonstrated lower percentages of total C D45 + cells in aggressive relative to indolent B-NHLs. The study shows potential diagnostic utility for integration of PF and iGr in differentiating specimens with aggressive and indolent B-NHLs by FC, with high specificity and sensitivity.
