    Clearly, one expects the presence of inertial waves in powerproducing turbines, due to their size and their not too large rotation rates, unlike propulsion turbines with rotation rates much too large for inertial waves to have time to be present, even if there are no other disturbing phenomena (complex geometry, shocks, etc.).
