- what: The aim of this study was to investigate adolescents` attitudes, preferences and perceived behaviours regarding healthy eating, with a specific focus on whole grains and to evaluate possible differences between genders and between adolescents with higher versus lower health interest. All the adolescents were required to have parental consent, and they were also informed by letter that participation was voluntary, and that they could withdraw from the study . . .
