Frequency domain compressive sampling for ultrasound imaging

HIGHLIGHTS

  • who: Céline Quinsac and colleagues from the University of Toulouse, IRIT UMR , CNRS, Toulouse , France have published the paper: Frequency Domain Compressive Sampling for Ultrasound Imaging, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
  • what: The authors show encouraging results in 2D and 3D on highand low-frequency ultrasound images. The aim of this paper is twofold: first, make CS familiar to the authors imaging, and second, show the mechanisms involved in a successful CS reconstruction. In this paper, eight different sampling protocols are proposed: three 2D masks and five 3D masks.
  • future: Perspectives for CS . . .
