Gallbladder carcinoma (GBC), the most common cancer of the biliary tract, has a dismal survival rate, which is largely caused by late diagnosis. RIP-1 inhibits the ability of GBC cells to grow and invade in_vitro, and p53 gene_expression is a prognostic factor for subserosal GBC.
