HIGHLIGHTS
- who: Vishwambar D. Navale et al. from the grains, India have published the research: Genetics and Molecular Biology, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
- what: In this investigation prevalence genetic diversity and mycotoxin producing potential of Fusarium species associated with maize grain samples were studied from different geographical regions of India. To address such issues, this study aimed to assess the phylogenetic relationship and genetic diversity of mycotoxigenic F. verticillioides using ISSR fingerprints. The authors isolated 54 F. verticillioides strains and evaluated their genetic diversity using two ISSR fingerprints (Vieira et_al, 2016).
