    For years, non-specific chronic low back pain (cLBP) has been a leading contributor to years lived with disability worldwide, representing about 90% of all cLBP cases. Chronic pain patients with internalized stigma report a sense of worthlessness and feelings that "others don`t believe that pain is real and attribute pain to drug seeking, laziness, or mental problems".
