• What: In this study, a total 27 DlBx genes were identified and the basic physical and chemical properties, phylogeny, gene structure, motif compositions, chromosome distribution, cis-acting elements and transcription factors were analyzed. In this study, only one IGL gene (DlBx1) was identified in longan, unlike the three IGL genes (ZmBx1, ZmIGL1, and ZmTSA1) that were present in maize.
