The authors cloned GoSTING and explored the function of GoSTING in innate immunity in geese. In this study, GoSTING was identified with an open_reading_frame of 1149 bp, encoding 382 amino_acid residues . This study determined the functional characterization of GoSTING and found that GoSTING also has similar functions . . .
