- who: Begon̆a Sot from the (UNIVERSITY) have published the article: GroEL Stability and Function, in the Journal: (JOURNAL) of April/15,/2003
- what: The aim of this work is to characterize the contribution of each of these ionic interactions to the functionality and stability of the protein.
- how: The calorimetric data were analyzed using Origin software provided with the calorimeter. The results showed that all proteins contained these ligands and therefore they were all subjected to an additional chromatographic step that removed most if not all (see below) ligands.
