- who: Laurent Vergnes from the  EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURES Mice-Mouse embryonic stem cells containing a gene-trap insertion in the Fabp, gene (cell line XE705) were obtained from the BayGenomics gene-trap consortium (39)Chimeric mice were generated by blastocyst microinjection and then crossed with C BL/ J mice for at least four generations. The site of the gene-trap insertion within intron , of Fabp, was determined by inverse PCR.
