Hibiscus iodine staining of cellular and keratinized tissues as a nuclear stain substitute for haematoxylin

• What: The result from the experiment showed that it was inferior to the rosadine therefore the iron Roselle couldn`t have been responsible for the very good result observed in the organs. This work has demonstrated the versatility of hibiscus formulation in demonstrating cellular components of tissues and organs in a comparable manner to standard haematoxylin.
