- what: The providers interviewed cited heavy workloads as the main reason for insufficient dialogue on the importance of skilled delivery care. This study examines the perspectives of health care providers, Maasai and Watemi women, community members, and TBAs on antenatal, delivery, and post-natal care in Ngorongoro, Northern Tanzania. The study has some limitations worth mentioning.
